Our total liability to you for all claims in any calendar year will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars or the amount you paid us for the Services in that year.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wright1 Consulting, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Web Site or your violation of these terms.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted.
The Web Site is not directed to children under thirteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we learn that we have done so we will delete that information immediately.
This Section applies only if and when Wright1 Consulting, Inc. meets the statutory definition of “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
